Sprint PCS Customer Solutions Y2K Status Update

In an effort to address the plethora Y2K questions the customer care staff would be getting, this Flash file was posted on the training intranet website, Velocity, to address the issue.

Charmaine wrote the copy, designed the layout and built the Flash animation.
