Interactive Tutorial
The
contact center representatives at Sprint PCS work in a Windows
environment, although not all the same Windows operating systems.
The software they all use for handling customer accounts, Premiere,
changes frequently. Contract features and methods change that
impact the Premiere system resulting in new education and/or training.
This
project walked the rep through the steps involved in using the
new voice capture feature allowing the voice of a customer to
be recorded while verbally agreeing to a contract.
