Velocity, the training intranet website, maintained a consistent look, however, there was seldom imagery that created a personable feel for the users, a group mostly consisting of customer care specialists.

Initiatives among many departments were being inacted to help enable a better customer experience. Research shows that making a more pleasant work experience can result in better attitudes and behavior by the customer care specialist.

At Charmaine's request, and the training management's permission, she began developing holiday themes for the home page. Here you see the St. Patrick's Day layout.
