Portal for Troubleshooting Phone Bill Disputes
Eventually,
Sprint PCS' Customer Care training and information website, Velocity,
was replaced with a new look and feel. As a multimedia designer
for Sprint PCS, Charmaine served on the team responsible for designing
and developing the Troubleshooting Bill Disputes portal. This
portal was dedicated to training Customer Care staff how to resolve
customers' questions and issues regarding their wireless phone
bills.
Here you see the home page for that section. The outer frame and navigation was designed by another person on the team. Charmaine selected all imagery, the look and feel of the Troubleshooting Bill Disputes portal graphics within the frames. Click
