program was designed to instantly
reward great call handling witnessed
through regular "call calibration." Gold-colored
and platinum-colored balloons were
still in production, therefore, alternate
stock photo images of balloons were
the gold balloon image wasn't a problem; the platinum not so simple.
Solution? A red balloon was found, and by adjusting the color
saturation in Photoshop, cloning out a dog's face reflection and
replacing some missing spots clipped by other balloons, the result
closely resembled the actual final balloon color for the campaign.
and AVI directed contact center staff to the training intranet
website, Velocity. A recognizable hotspot graphic on the home
page led the service person to the details of the program.
