Once
the staff had seen and heard the stand-ups, and then entered the production
floor, banners again reminded them to look for the rules on Velocity,
the training website.
The banners
were hung in each contact center—many with very high ceilings.
Using dramatic perspective of imagery that depicted fun, youthful
characters combined with the huge sizes (8' by 8' avg.), getting the audience's
attention was very successful.
