C.A.R.E. (Customers Are Really Everything campaign)

Sprint PCS grew so fast, that customer care staff had to be hired quickly to respond the millions of calls coming in daily. Unfortunately, growing fast made it difficult for human resources to consistently select individuals who understood professional customer treatment. Hence, an ongoing campaign was initiated to address and retrain some of the dominate issues.
