LNESC-KC is the Kansas City center for the education division of LULAC – League of United Latin American Citizens.

Charmaine was commissioned to design a new web presence for the non-profit organization whose focus is geared mostly toward the the English education of children through preparation for college.

Charmaine conceived the visual approach, colors, layout, and code development (using Dreamweaver).

NOTICE: This site has been released to another host company. This means that Blue Skies Creative, although still indicated in many webpages as the designer and builder of the site, no longer controls what happens to the maintenance, code errors, and changes made to the site.
